About Access Support 24
Here at Access Support 24, we are passionate about training people to the highest level to ensure they provide the best service to their clients. We work with teams of staff members giving them the most effective training using successful, reliable methods to ensure they have a long-term future in the support worker industry. A well-trained team will work passionately, productively and independently in their role. Using values needed in support work such as compassion and communication, we will enable team members to support those to live independent lives.
As well as training current staff members, we have support workers we can assign who have been trained by ourselves to the highest level. They are trained in working in assisted living and will ensure the unique needs of the client are their priority. They encourage and support their clients and aim to make a positive difference in their challenging lives. The areas covered by Access Support 24 are North Somerset including those in the Somerset and Bath area. We are happy to discuss the location needed and find the right team member for you.
